Authentication
This section provides a complete list of the Authentication properties you can configure in the connection settings for this provider.
| Property | Description |
| URL | Specifies the base URL of your JD Edwards AIS Server. |
| Environment | Specifies the JD Edwards environment to use for login. |
| Role | Specifies the JD Edwards role to use for login. |
| DeviceName | A custom identifier for the device making API calls to your AIS Server instance. Used for logging and device identification. |
| User | Specifies the authenticating user's user ID. |
| Jasserver | The specific Java Application Server (JAS) instance to route JD Edwards API requests through. |
| Password | Specifies the authenticating user's password. |
| CredentialsLocation | Specifies the location of the settings file where the JD Edwards AIS session token is cached for re-use across connections. Caching the token avoids re-authenticating against the AIS server for every request. |
