Connecting to AlloyDB

Python Version Support

The CData Python Connector for AlloyDB can be installed and used in various Python 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, and 3.11 distributions.

AlloyDB Version Support

AlloyDB is built from PostgreSQL, starting from PostgreSQL version 14 compatibility (Google will maintain AlloyDB parallel to new versions of PostgreSQL). The connector enables access to AlloyDB via PostgreSQL connectivity standards.
