Returns all metrics configured in the account.

The 本製品 uses the Klaviyo API to process WHERE clause conditions with the following columns and operators. Remaining filters are evaluated client-side within the 本製品.
- Id supports the operator: =
- IntegrationCategory supports the operator: =
- IntegrationName supports the operator: =
For example, the following queries are processed server-side:
