ImportData
Import the contents of a CSV file into an existing HubDB table.
Input

| TableName | String | The name of the draft table. |
| FilePath | String | The absolute location of the the file to import. |
| ResetTable | Boolean | Clean the table before import.
The default value is false. |
| SkipRows | Integer | The number of rows to skip.
The default value is 1. |
