Get details of audit log entries.

The add-in will use the Outreach API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the add-in.

Action supports the '=' operators.
EventName supports the '=' operators.
RequestId supports the '=' operators.
Result supports the '=' operators.
Timestamp supports the '=,>=,<=,>,<' operators.

For example, the following query is processed server side:

Changes	String	The list of changes made.
EventName	String	Audit event name.
GlobalId	String	The global UUID.

RequestId	String	The UUID of the request. RequestId groups dependent events.
Result	String	The result of the action. The allowed values are completed, pending, failed.
Timestamp	Datetime	The timestamp of the action.
