AuditLogs

Get details of audit log entries.

Select

The driver will use the Outreach API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the driver.

  • Action supports the '=' operators.
  • EventName supports the '=' operators.
  • RequestId supports the '=' operators.
  • Result supports the '=' operators.
  • Timestamp supports the '=,>=,<=,>,<' operators.
For example, the following query is processed server side:
SELECT * FROM AuditLogs WHERE Action = 'read'

SELECT * FROM AuditLogs WHERE EventName = 'login'

SELECT * FROM AuditLogs WHERE RequestId = 'b40f2dcc-82f2-45cd-a79b-bb988d0ff5b9'

SELECT * FROM AuditLogs WHERE Result = 'pending'

SELECT * FROM AuditLogs WHERE Timestamp = '2026-06-26 01:02:02.0'

AdditionalInfo String Additional information related to the action.
AgentCallerServiceId String The agent caller service Id.
AgentEmail String The agent email.
AgentImpersonatedBy String The agent impersonated by value.
AgentIpAddress String The agent Ip address.
AgentUserId String The agent user id.
Changes String The list of changes made.
EventName String Audit event name.
GlobalId String The global UUID.
OrgId String The orgId UUID.
RequestId String The UUID of the request. RequestId groups dependent events.
Result String The result of the action.

The allowed values are completed, pending, failed.

Timestamp Datetime The timestamp of the action.
LinksSelf String Link self.
Type String Type.
