QuestionnairesQuestionnaireId [KEY]	Long		Surrogate identifier of the questionnaire.
QuestionnairesQuestionnaireVersionNumber [KEY]	Long		Version number of the questionnaire.
QuestionnaireSectionId [KEY]	Long		Surrogate identifier for the section in a questionnaire.
Name	String		Name of the questionnaire section.
SectionSequenceNumber	Long		Sequence number for a section in a questionnaire.
Mandatory	String		Indicates whether the questionnaire section is mandatory. Valid values are Y and N. The default value is N.
EmployeeEventId	Long	PrimaryKey	Identifier of the employee event used as a finder parameter to filter the records returned for this resource.
EmployeeEventLocationId	Long	PrimaryKey	Location identifier of the employee event used as a finder parameter to filter the records returned for this resource.
EventNumber	String	FindByNumber	Event number used as a finder parameter to filter the records returned for this resource.
Finder	String		The named finder used to filter the records returned for this resource.
