Data Model
The CData Python Connector for Reckon Accounts Hosted models entities in the Reckon Accounts Hosted API as tables, views, and stored procedures. There are three parts to the Data Model: Tables, Views, and Stored Procedures. These are defined in schema files, which are simple, text-based configuration files.
API limitations and requirements are documented in this section; you can use the SupportEnhancedSQL feature, set by default, to circumvent most of these limitations.
Tables
The CData Python Connector for Reckon Accounts Hosted models the data in Tables so that it can be easily queried and updated.
NOTE: In case of Bulk insert operation, the connector supports multiple values only for the aggregate columns whereas for the other columns only single value is supported.
Views
Views are tables that cannot be modified. Typically, read-only data are shown as views.
Stored Procedures
Stored Procedures are function-like interfaces to the data source. They can be used to search, update, and modify information in the data source.
