The Program Notes resource is used to manage notes for programs.
Columns

| PersonId | Long | FindByStakeholderPersonId | A finder used to filter data using Finder column. The unique identifier of the person who's assigned to the program as a stakeholder. |
| ProjectId | Long | FindByProjectId | A finder used to filter data using Finder column. The unique identifier of the project. |
