Get all phone asscociated with persons.

The driver will use the Pipedrive API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the driver.
- Id supports the '=' operator.
- Email supports the 'LIKE' operator.
- Name supports the 'LIKE' operator.
- FirstChar supports the 'LIKE' operator.
- Phone supports the 'LIKE' operator.
- FilterId supports the '=' operator.
- UserId supports the '=' operator.
For example, the following query is processed server side:
