Returns multiple bulk job records.
Columns

| Id [KEY] | Integer | The ID of the bulk job. |
| Name | String | The name of the bulk job. |
| CreatedAt | Datetime | The date and time the bulk job was created. |
| UpdatedAt | Datetime | The date and time the bulk job was last updated. |
| StartedAt | Datetime | The date and time the bulk job started processing. This value is null until processing begins. |
| MarkedReadyAt | Datetime | The date and time the bulk job was marked as ready to execute. |
| FinishedAt | Datetime | The date and time the bulk job finished processing. |
| Type | String | The type of the bulk job. |
| Total | Integer | The total number of records for the bulk job. |
| State | String | The state of the bulk job. Accepted values are: open, executing, done. |
| Scopes | String | The scopes associated with the bulk job. |
| ReadyToExecute | Boolean | Indicates whether the bulk job is ready to be executed. |
| Processed | Integer | The number of processed records at the time of the request. |
| Errors | Integer | The number of records with errors at the time of the request. |
