For OAuth authentication, it's necessary to create an OAuth app. See Creating a Custom OAuth App for a process.

API Key

Alternatively, authenticate with an APIKey. Provision an API key from the user interface: https://accounts.salesloft.com/oauth/applications/.

You will receive a Key which will be used when issuing requests.
