ConstituentFundraiserAssignments
Returns a list of fundraiser assignments for a constituent.

The cmdlet will use the BlackBaud Raiser's Edge NXT API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the cmdlet.
Note: ConstituentId is required in order to query ConstituentFundraiserAssignments.
- ConstituentId supports the '=' operator.
- IncludeInactive supports the '=' operator.
