Returns a list of appeals for a constituent.

The 本製品 will use the BlackBaud Raiser's Edge NXT API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the 本製品.

ConstituentId supports the '=' operator.

AppealCategoryInactive	Boolean		Indicates whether the appeal category is inactive.

AppealId	String		The immutable system record ID of the appeal.
ConstituentId	String	Constituents.Id	The immutable system record ID of the constituent the appeal is associated to.
Date	Datetime		The date when the appeal was added.
PackageDescription	String		The package description.
PackageId	String		The package Id.
