ConstituentConsents
Returns a list of constituent consent records.

The driver will use the BlackBaud Raiser's Edge NXT API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the driver.
Note: ConstituentId is required in order to query ConstituentConsents.
- ConstituentId supports the '=' operator.
- Category supports the '=,in' operators.
- Channel supports the '=,in' operators.
- MostRecentOnly supports the '=' operator.
