Returns the giving campaigns summary for the constituent

The adapter will use the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the adapter.
Note: ConstituentId and GivingSummaryType are required in order to query GivingCampaigns.
- ConstituentId supports the '=' operator.
- GivingSummaryType supports the '=' operator.
