Retrieve tags added for each contact or for the specific Contact Id

The server uses the ActiveCampaign API to process search criteria that refer to the Id column. The server processes other filters client-side within the driver. For example, the following query is processed server side:
SELECT * FROM ContactTags WHERE Id = 1
