Retrieves all creatives associated with an ad account

The add-in will use the Snapchat Ads API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the add-in.
- Id supports the following operator: =
- AccountId supports the following operator: =; If no value is specified, the add-in will try to get the first Account from the list returned by the Accounts view.
