Updates the internal notes for a shipment.

Procedure Specific Information

Updates the internal notes for a shipment. ShipmentId, Note, and Mode are required. Use Mode='append' to add to existing notes or Mode='overwrite' to replace them entirely. The procedure is executed as below:
