AddIssueCategory
Adds a category to an issue.
Stored Procedure-Specific Information
To add a category to an issue, run the following statement:EXECUTE AddIssueCategory IssueId = '48085524', CategoryId = '875455'
The procedure retrieves the current list of categories for the specified issue, appends the new category, and sends an update request to Backlog. The updated issue record is returned upon success.
