Download log for the specific build.
Input

| LogId | Integer | True | Id of the log. |
| StartLine | Integer | False | The start line. |
| EndLine | Integer | False | The end line. |
| FileLocation | String | False | Location of the file. Cannot include the file name. |
| Encoding | String | False | The FileData input encoding type.
The allowed values are NONE, BASE64. The default value is BASE64. |
