The cmdlet uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:

- DefinitionEnvironmentId supports the '=' operator.
- DeploymentStatus supports the '=' operator.
- LastModifiedOn supports the '<,<=,>,>=' operators.
