Retrieves a list of work items associated with a pull request.

The cmdlet uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
- RepositoryId supports the '=' operator.
- PullRequestId supports the '=' operator.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the cmdlet.
NOTE: RepositoryId and PullRequestId are required in order to query PullRequestWorkItems.
For example:
