Retrieve git status for the specific commit.

The cmdlet uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- CommitId supports the '=' operator.
- ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
- RepositoryId supports the '=' operator.
NOTE: RepositoryId and CommitId are required in order to query CommitGitStatus.
For example:
