QueryColumns
Retrieves all columns for the specific query.

The cmdlet uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- QueryId supports the '=' operator.
- ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the cmdlet.
NOTE: QueryId is required in order to query QueryColumns.
For example:
SELECT * FROM QueryColumns WHERE ProjectId = '66eb7414-f622-4eff-88da-3ad681f19073' AND QueryId = '40314330-b454-41fd-9514-e6be6096bd0b'
