Retrieve work items for the specific commit, sliced across all repositories.

The cmdlet uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
- RepositoryId supports the '=' operator.
- CommitId supports the '=' operator.
NOTE: RepositoryId and CommitId are required in order to query CommitWorkItems.
For example:
