Retrieve columns on a board.

The cmdlet uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
- TeamId supports the '=' operator.
- BoardId supports the '=' operator.
For example:
