QueryClauses
Retrieves clauses for the specific query.

The driver uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- QueryId supports the '=' operator.
- ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
- ClauseType supports the '=' operator.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the driver.
NOTE: QueryId is required in order to query QueryClauses.
For example:
