BuildWorkItems
Retrieves a list of work items associated with a build.

The driver uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
- BuildId supports the '=,>=,>,<=,<' operators.
NOTE: BuildId is required in order to query BuildWorkItems.
For example:
