Retrieves a list of release artifacts.

The 本製品 uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
- ReleaseId supports the '=,in' operators.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the 本製品.
NOTE: ReleaseId is required in order to query ReleaseArtifacts.
For example:
