Retrieves a list of work items history

Select
The driver uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- Revision supports the '=' operator.
- WorkItemId supports the '=' operator.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the driver.
NOTE: WorkItemId is required in order to query WorkItemsHistory.
For example:

Pseudo-Columns
