TestRunStatistics
Retrieves test run statistics, used when we want to get summary of a run by outcome.

The driver uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- RunId supports the '=' operator.
- ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the driver.
NOTE: RunId is required in order to query TestRunStatistics.
For example:
