TestResultIterationDetails
Retrieves iteration details for the test result.

The driver uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
- TestRunId supports the '=' operator.
- TestResultId supports the '=' operator.
- IncludeActionResults supports the '=' operator.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the driver.
NOTE: TestRunId and TestResultId are required in order to query TestResultIterationDetails.
