Retrieves a list of reviewers for the specific pull request

The driver uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:

• ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
• RepositoryId supports the '=' operator.
• PullRequestId supports the '=' operator.

The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the driver.

NOTE: RepositoryId and PullRequestId are required in order to query PullRequestReviewers.

For example:
