The driver uses the Azure DevOps API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:

• Id supports the '=,in' operators.
• ProjectId supports the '=' operator.
• Fields supports the 'in' operator.
• AsOf supports the '=' operator.
• ErrorPolicy supports the '=' operator.
• Expand supports the '=' operator.

The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the driver.

NOTE: Id is required in order to query WorkItems.

For example:

	SELECT * FROM WorkItems WHERE Id IN (1, 2, 3)
	SELECT * FROM WorkItems WHERE Expand = 'fields'
