Tableau Version Support

The connector supports Tableau Desktop 2020.1 or later and Tableau Prep 2020.4.1 or later. Versions between 2020.1 and 2020.3 of Tableau Desktop are supported via the legacy connector file (cdata.financialforce.legacy.taco) and versions 2020.3 and higher are supported using the modern connector file (cdata.financialforce.taco).

For older versions of Tableau, use the CData ODBC Driver for Certinia or the CData JDBC Driver for Certinia to connect.

Certinia Version Support

The connector requires the Web Services API. The Web Services API is supported natively by Certinia Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions. The Web Services API may be enabled on Professional Edition at an additional cost by contacting Certinia. The connector defaults to version 40.0 of the Certinia API. Later or earlier versions can be specified in the APIVersion property.
