Update and Query the ProjectActivity read time in QuickBooks Time.

The server uses the QuickBooks Time API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client-side within the server.- Id supports the =, IN operators.
- LatestReadTime supports the <, <=, >, >= operators.
- SupplementalData supports the = operator.
For example, the following queries are processed server-side:
