This table contains a list of file objects.
Table Specific Information
Select
Query the Files table. The add-in will use the QuickBooks Time API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the add-in.
- Id and Name fields support the '=' and IN operators.
- ActiveStatus filter supports the '=' operator.
- LastModified field supports the <=,<,>=,>,= operators.
For example, the following queries are processed server side:
SELECT * FROM Files WHERE Name IN ('IMG_20181004_214839.png', 'healthy.jpg') SELECT * FROM Files WHERE LastModified = '2019-01-01 15:30' AND ActiveStatus = 'both'
Update
Update can be executed by specifying the Id in the WHERE Clause. The columns that are not read-only can be Updated.
For example:
UPDATE Files SET FileDescription = 'test' WHERE Id = '3688644'
Delete
Delete can be executed by specifying the Id in the WHERE Clause.
For example:
Delete FROM Files WHERE Id = '3688644'

Pseudo-Columns
Pseudo column fields are used in the WHERE clause of SELECT statements and offer a more granular control over the tuples that are returned from the data source.
