Tableau Connector for QuickBooks Time

Build 24.0.9062

EstimateItems

Create, Update and Query the Estimate Item in TSheets.

Table Specific Information

Select

Query the EstimateItems table. The connector will use the QuickBooks Time API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the connector.

  • Id supports the '=,IN'
  • EstimateId supports the '=,IN'
  • Active supports the '='
  • LastModified supports the '<,<=,>,>='
  • SupplementalData supports the '='

For example, the following queries are processed server side:

SELECT * FROM EstimateItems
SELECT * FROM EstimateItems WHERE Id = '11531340'

Insert

Insert can be executed by specifying EstimateId, Type and TypeId column. The columns that are not required can be inserted optionally. Following is an example of how to insert into this table

INSERT INTO EstimateItems (EstimateId, Type, TypeId) VALUES (47482, 'tag_clouds', 15011650)

Update

Update can be executed by specifying the Id in the WHERE Clause. The columns that are not read-only can be Updated. For example:

UPDATE EstimateItems SET EstimatedSeconds = 2 WHERE Id = '11531340'
