A SELECT statement can consist of the following basic clauses.

Examples
- Return all columns:
SELECT * FROM Timesheets
- Rename a column:
SELECT "JobcodeId" AS MY_JobcodeId FROM Timesheets
- Cast a column's data as a different data type:
SELECT CAST(AnnualRevenue AS VARCHAR) AS Str_AnnualRevenue FROM Timesheets
- Search data:
SELECT * FROM Timesheets WHERE JobCodeType = 'regular'
- The APIs support the following operators in the WHERE clause: =, IN, <, >, <=, >=, LIKE, AND.
SELECT * FROM Timesheets WHERE JobCodeType = 'regular';
- Return the number of items matching the query criteria:
SELECT COUNT(*) AS MyCount FROM Timesheets
- Return the number of unique items matching the query criteria:
SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT JobcodeId) FROM Timesheets
- Return the unique items matching the query criteria:
SELECT DISTINCT JobcodeId FROM Timesheets
- Sort a result set in ascending order:
SELECT Id, JobcodeId FROM Timesheets ORDER BY JobcodeId ASC
