Remarks

• If False, the server does not expose the Associations Tables.
• If True, the server exposes one Associations Table for every 'To-Many' associations field on a Bullhorn CRM entity (ex. CandidateToPrimarySkillsAssociations, JobOrderTocategoriesAssociations, WorkersCompensationToRatesAssociations, etc.). Each of these tables will return the Id pairs of the associated records between the two entities.
