Get the details of a line items of bills.

The 本製品 uses the Zoho Books API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator:
- BillId supports the the '=' and IN operators.
NOTE: BillId is required to query BillLineItems.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the 本製品.
