List, add, update and delete details of a bill.

The adapter uses the Zoho Books API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following columns and operators:
- VendorId supports the '=' comparison.
- VendorName supports the '=, CONTAINS' comparisons.
- RecurrenceName supports the '=' comparison.
- Status supports the '=' comparison.
- StartDate supports the '=,<,>' comparisons.
- EndDate supports the '=' comparison.
The rest of the filter is executed client-side in the adapter.
