Return a list of all notes of a job

The adapter will process all filters client side.
Insert
JobID, Title, Text are required to insert. The following query creates a new JobNote:
INSERT INTO JobNotes (JobID, Title, Text) VALUES ('J000001', '133193699', 'some notes')
