Updates Quickbase data.

Syntax

Update-QuickBase [parameters]

Remarks

The Update-QuickBase cmdlet allows you to use a syntax similar to SQL UPDATE statements to update Quickbase data.

$conn = Connect-QuickBase -User "[email protected]" -Password "test_1234" -Domain "test.quickbase.com" -ApplicationToken "bwkxrb5da2wn57bzfh9xn24"
Update-QuickBase -Connection $conn -Table "[CData].[QuickBase].SampleTable_1" -Columns @("Column1") -Values @("Jon Doe") -Id "6"

The Where parameter can also be used to specify the primary key of the table:

Update-QuickBase -Connection $conn -Table "[CData].[QuickBase].SampleTable_1" -Columns @("Column1") -Values @("Jon Doe") -Where "Id = '6'"

The primary key can also be passed to the cmdlet along the pipeline:

Select-QuickBase -Connection $conn -Table [CData].[QuickBase].SampleTable_1 -Where "Column2 = 'Bob'" | Update-QuickBase -Columns @("Column2") -Values @("Bob 2")
