Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement authenticates through Salesforce, so this property sets the Salesforce host the connector performs OAuth against. By default the connector uses https://login.salesforce.com, or https://test.salesforce.com when UseSalesforceSandbox is enabled.

Set this property when your Salesforce org requires a custom domain (My Domain) for login, for example because it enforces SSO or a login policy that blocks the standard endpoint. You can find the value in Salesforce under Setup -> Company Settings -> My Domain.

Example: https://mycompany.my.salesforce.com

Supply the host only. The connector appends the OAuth authorization, token, and introspection paths automatically, so a trailing path is not required.
