Remarks

Applicable to the V3/V4 schema. The Account Engagement Server returns datetime values based on the user's configured timezone. To find the timezone, go to Account Engagement User Management > Users, select the authenticated user, and locate the Timezone field. For instance, if the Timezone is listed as (GMT-08:00) America - Los Angeles, use this information to specify the timezone in IANA format, such as America/Los_Angeles.
