Returns the lifecycle configuration information set on the bucket.

The cmdlet will use the IBM Cloud Object Storage API to process WHERE clause conditions built with the following column and operator. The rest of the filter is executed client side within the cmdlet.
- Bucket supports the '=, IN' comparisons.
For example, the following queries are processed server side:
SELECT * FROM BucketLifecycle WHERE Bucket = 'testBucket' SELECT * FROM BucketLifecycle WHERE Bucket IN ('testBucket', 'testBucket2')
