Remarks

If set to true, the labels that have been configured for the picklist options, will be pushed in a separate column. The column will have the name of the picklist field followed by _label. To achieve this, the connector will retrieve and store a list of all picklist options and their labels, which could be costly depending on the number of picklist options the SAP SuccessFactors has.
