Remarks

Setting this property to false (the default) causes the add-in to always use the Zendesk export search API for Tickets queries, which includes archived tickets but does not support ordering.

Setting this property to true allows the add-in to route qualifying queries to alternative endpoints, such as the organizations endpoint, when conditions such as an OrganizationId filter and an ORDER BY clause are present. Alternative endpoints support ordering but do not return archived tickets and have no mechanism to include them.

Enable this property when ordering Tickets results is more important than retrieving archived tickets.
